The Huila municipalities in moderate [YF] risk due to their geographic locality in forested zones are: Acevedo, Guadalupe, Garzón and Gigante.
これまでに黄熱感染を報告している地域 the departments : Putumayo (4 cases), Nariño (1 case), Vaupés (1) and Huila (1 case).

ウガンダ保健省 The Ministry of Health により新たな 2例のエムポックス new cases of mpox (formerly known as monkeypox) が確認され，いずれも the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) からの輸入例で Kasese District において確認された。
保健省の発表によると，コンゴ(民)人と結婚した Mpondwe Lhubiriha Town Council の37歳女性と，22歳の Congolese woman from Bunyiswa II village, Bwera subcounty, Kasese District である。
"いずれの患者にも，皮膚の発疹，リンパ節腫大，全身倦怠感など，エムポックス mpox に一致する症状が見られた" と説明されている。7月24日に採取された検体のウイルス研究所 The Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI) における検査でエムポックスウイルス mpox virus が確認された。
ウガンダ国内では感染伝播は起きておらず，二次感染例もないと強調されている。
