Bakai-Ata district of Talas region において家畜に対する炭疽ワクチン接種 Vaccination of livestock against anthrax が開始された。Bakai-Ata, Oro, Boo-Terek villages において，ウシへの接種が行われている。各市に隣接する地域で炭疽が報告されたと説明されている。Anthrax foci exist in Bakai-Ata, Ak-Dobo, Shadykan, and Boo-Terek villages。同地域では毎年2回の土壌調査が行われており，今春にも実施されていた。イヌの狂犬病とエキノコッカス echinococcus ワクチン接種も行われたと報告されている。
