Additional information: The patient traveled to Yerevan, Armenia, from 17-22 Jul 2023 and then traveled to Tbilisi, Georgia, from 23-25 Jul 2023, returning to Chile on 26 Jul 2023. The patient's rash began on 8 Aug 2023 with a very mild cough 2 days earlier [6 Aug 2023].
