報告によると，Haiyuan county (some 280 km [approx. 174 mi] from Yinchuan city) で 3例の皮膚炭疽感染例 skin anthrax cases in [11-13 Apr 2018] が確認され，One case from Qiyingzhen [Qiyingz township]は，死亡したウシを処理した後死亡している; the other 2 patients は Sanhezhen [Sanhez township] の患者で，死亡したヒツジの処理の際に感染した。現地病院 local hospital (No 4 People Hospital in Yinchuan) に移送され，現在状態は安定している。4月中旬以降，このほかに炭疽感染例は報告されていない。
