先週の更新以降，8月10日の時点までに，欧州および周辺地域 European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries で 67例のウエストナイルウイルス感染患者 human cases of West Nile virus (WNV) infection and 3 deaths related to WNV infections が報告された。患者を報告したのは，イタリア Italy (50), ギリシャ Greece (15) and オーストリア Austria (2) で，イタリアで 3例の死亡が報告されている。EU-neighbouring countries ではセルビア Serbia から 11例 human cases of WNV infection in Serbia (11) and deaths (2) related to WNV infections が報告されている。2022年の感染伝播シーズン開始以降，EU/EEA countries では 188 human cases of WNV infection in Italy (144), Greece (39), Austria (2), Romania (2) and Slovakia (1) and 10 deaths in Italy が，EU-neighbouring countries においては，34 human cases of WNV infection in Serbia (34) and 3 deaths in Serbia が報告された ...
