ウガンダ保健当局は，国内で新たに 3人のエボラ患者 Ebola patients の死亡を確認した。23日の発表の中で保健省は，確定例および疑い例を含むアウトブレイクによる累計の死者数が 11人に達したと述べた。またこの 24時間に 4人の感染が確定診断され，確定診断例が合計 11例となったと明らかにした。ほかエボラ感染が疑われる 19人が入院治療中であることも説明されている。
