英国でリステリア症 a _Listeria_ outbreak により1人が死亡したと公衆衛生当局が述べ，異常な高濃度のリステリア菌汚染が確認されたソフトチーズ Baronet semi-soft cheeses を摂取しないよう呼びかけている。食品基準局 the Food Standards Agency (FSA) は，Wiltshire に本社のある製造メーカーの the Old Cheese Room 社が，同じバッチの製品でリステリア菌が検出された Baronet, Baby Baronet and Mini Baronet soft cheeses の回収を行っていることを明らかにした。These include include pack sizes of 1 kg, 270 g and 200 g, with best-before dates of 21 and 22 Mar 2023, and 4, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 18 Apr 2023.

エストニア国内で2023年，合計8人がレジオネラ症 legionellosis に感染した。the Tartu apartment building アパートの検体で菌が陽性だった。3月初め保健当局 the Health Board が，スパの給水管 the water pipes of Tartu V Spa でレジオネラ菌を検出したことが明らかになり，the 1st floor of the Aura Center 1か所のシャワーで確認された。検査が繰り返され，複数のシャワーでも検出されたほか，サウナのシャワー 2 showers in Anne's sauna の検査も陽性と確認されている。

リフトバレー熱 Rift Valley Fever [RVF] による5人の死亡が確認されているにもかかわらず，ウガンダ政府はの家畜に対する検疫措置に後ろ向きであると，the [Rwampara] Resident District Commissioner が述べた。農業家畜漁業省 the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries にアウトブレイクを報告し，対応チームが派遣された。Rwanyamahembe Sub County の複数の農場 different farms のウシ50頭の感染が確認されたと，Mbarara District Veterinary Officer は述べている。しかし，現在の当局の対応は through sensitization（通報による対応だけ？）と述べている。住民らに死亡した家畜の肉を食べないよう呼びかけていると述べた。

1月19日の PAHO/WHO 報告以降，ペルー the Peru IHR National Focal Point (NFP) がポリオ感染例 a confirmed case of vaccine-derived poliovirus type 1 (VDPV1) を3月21日に報告した。an indigenous community in the Manseriche district in the Datem del Marañón province of the Loreto department に属する生後16か月の男児で，ワクチン接種歴と渡航歴はない。2022年12月27日，持続する発熱のため地域医療センターを受診し，同28日に病院 the Loreto Regional Hospital に紹介され，同29日に下肢の麻痺を発症したため，便検体が採取されブラジルのポリオ検査機関 the regional reference laboratory for polio, the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation - Fiocruz in Brazil に送付された。2023年3月21日にペルー国立保健研究所が the detection of VDPV serotype 1 (VDPV type 1) by real-time PCR との陽性結果を受領した ...

the Manseriche district の過去5年間の3回目のポリワクチン接種率は 87.4% in 2018, 96.5% in 2019 with, 66.6% in 2020, 33.8% in 2021, and 43.6% in 2022 であった。2022年に the Manseriche district, Datem del Marañón province, in the Loreto department では弛緩性麻痺症例は報告されていない; しかし，18－60歳の年齢層の8 cases of Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) が報告された。2023年，1 GBS case in a 50-year-old adult が報告されている ... やや長文，原文参照願います。
