新たに2例のクリミアコンゴ出血熱が疑われる症例 suspected Congo virus patients が、クエッタの病院 Fatima Jinnah Chest Hospital, Quetta (FJCHQ). に入院となり、今年の陽性例 positive cases が28例がとなった。22歳の a resident of Quetta と、30歳の resident of Loralai が21日、鼻と口から出血する重篤な状態で同病院に搬送された。

コネチカット Connecticut 州では合計4例のポワッサンウイルス感染 cases of the Powassan virus が確認されていると、州保健当局 The Department of Public Health (DPH) が明らかにした。21日、ダニが媒介する同ウイルスの検査で住民4人の陽性が確認されていると発表した。60歳以上の男性2名の住民 residents of Middlesex and Litchfield counties が含まれており、7月上旬に発症したと説明されている。のこる2人は50歳以上の女性患者で、residents of Windham and Litchfield counties の住民であり、7月下旬に発症した。the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Laboratory in Ft.
