ブルキナファソでは1月1日以降、蚊媒介性のデング熱の流行 An epidemic of the mosquito-borne disease dengue fever により、首都ワガドゥグー the capital Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso を中心に214人が命を落としたと、19日政府当局が発表した。1月1日から10月15日までに合計5万478例の感染疑い例 suspected cases (of dengue) , including 25 502 probable cases and 214 deaths"が報告されている" と声明で述べられている。from 9 to 15 Oct 2023 alone の期間だけで、合計1万117例 suspected cases were reported, including 4377 probable cases and 48 deaths と指摘されている。9月以降、同時にチクングニア chikungunya の発生も認められ、207 confirmed cases が確認されたが死亡は発生していない。
ブルキナファソは1960年代以降デング熱の患者が確認されるようになったが、はじめて流行が発生したのは2017年で13人が死亡している。

Measles infection has spread in the city of Sheki.
保健当局 the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan が近年感染症予防のため実施中の対策の中で、国内の麻疹及び風疹 measles and rubella diseases is に関しては安定的な状況 a stable epidemiological situation にあるとの結果が示されている。
"Since the end of September 2023, rare cases of measles infection（麻疹）have been recorded among students of the Sheki city boarding school. In 18 of the 22 classes of the gymnasium, isolated cases of measles infection were found, mainly among the unvaccinated.
...The last case of infection was recorded on 6 Oct 2023.
