これは、少なくとも2ヶ月以上前から現在まで続いていて国内外でも報道されている、全国的なマイコプラズマ肺炎 _Mycoplasma_ pneumonia に関する（一致する）報告である。また個人的経験もこれらの報告と矛盾しない: 多くの友人が、高熱に咳または無気力のいずれかの初期症状のある疾患に罹患した。知る限り、少なくとも一部の患者に Azithromycin and doxycycline は有効である。

[Mod.LL－ the outbreaks of _Mycoplasma_ respiratory infections in China については聞き及んでいるが、概して年長児や成人で咳嗽の症状が目立つ一方、より年少児では咳の症状はあまりみられず、上気道症状や嘔気・嘔吐がより顕著である傾向にある。
このアウトブレイクの報告は特に "no cough" という点が強調され、初期症状は高熱とされる。さらに放射線画像上の異常は、肺炎マイコプラズマで一般的な斑状浸潤像 the patchy infiltrates ではなく、肺結節 pulmonary nodules と記載されている。

米国を含む11カ国でおよそ150例のサルモネラ感染症 _Salmonella_ infections が確認され、トマトとの関連性が疑われている。2023年1月以降、149 cases of _Salmonella [enterica_ serotype] Strathcona が報告され、ドイツで最多の47例が、イタリアでも34例が報告された。発病の時期は between August and October 2023 であった。米国では8例が確認され、聞き取りを行った患者のうち6例が、スペイン、イタリア、クロアチア、フランス、スロベニアの滞在歴があり、4例がイタリア旅行を報告している。
Austria has 17 cases, the Czech Republic and the UK each have 13, and France has 9. Other affected countries are Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Norway. Different age groups are affected with no significant difference between genders.
52 cases の聞き取りで32人が発病前にトマト fresh tomatoes を摂取したと述べ、25人が卵、24人がチーズの摂取を報告している。

43 cases were reported in Denmark and 28 from Germany, Italy, Austria, and Belgium. その後、2019年と2020年にデンマークとドイツでアウトブレイクが発生している。
今回のアウトブレイク The 2023 outbreak では、isolates genetically closely related to cases reported since 2011 が確認されていることから、共通の感染源 a common infection source が疑われ、The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) は a re-emerging, seasonal outbreak としている。

Campylobacter cases prompt raw milk recall

Use-by dates range from 27 Oct 2023 to 5 Nov 2023. It was sold in the Hawke's Bay region via home deliveries and several registered depots.

Croatia has reported an outbreak of the highly pathogenic H5N1 bird flu virus on a poultry farm（養鶏場）, the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) said on Tuesday [21 Nov 2023].
The outbreak infected 5 poultry among a flock of 19 600 on a farm in the county of Brodsko-Posavska near the Bosnian border, the Paris-based WOAH said in a report, citing Croatian authorities.
