はじめての狂犬病の患者 the first case of human rabies in Quintana Roo が当局 The federal government により確認された。Cancun においてネコ咬傷を受けたことが原因だった。この67歳の患者は1月に咬傷を受け、先月 the IMSS General Hospital 病院で死亡した。the Institute of Epidemiological Diagnosis and Reference (InDRE) の検査で positive for human rabies と確認された。

An aggressive fox having put Putnam residents on alert Monday [25 Mar 2024] has been euthanized, according to Putnam police.
Police say there were several incidents involving the fox on Church Street and Cleveland Street, including 2 separate encounters involving a man and dog. The fox was caught later in the evening and then euthanized.
The fox（キツネ）tested positive for rabies.
