From 1 Jan to 10 Mar 2025 の間に、159例のデング熱 dengue cases, 110例のチクングニア熱 chikungunya cases, and 30例のマラリア malaria cases が確認されている。

Nine people suspected of poisoning from drinking alcohol contained in chemical bottles
パーティー後に9人が、頭痛、嘔吐のため救急室に搬送された。化学薬品用のボトルを再利用したボトル入りワインによる中毒が疑われている。
3月15日に Ha Phu commune, Son Duong district からのこれらの患者が中毒治療救急センター the Poison Control Emergency Center に搬送されたと 、16日病院関係者 a representative of Hung Vuong General Hospital が説明した。対症療法による治療後に状態が安定し、退院となっている。
有毒化学物質用ボトル a bottle containing toxic chemicals を再利用したワインボトルが中毒の原因とみられている。

西部 the western district of Kyegegwa におけるクリミア・コンゴ出血熱アウトブレイク an outbreak of the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) について、保健省 Uganda's Ministry of Health が14日明らかにした。
Kazizi village in the sub-county of Kyatega の28歳男性からの検体の検査の結果、同ウイルス陽性であったと発表されている。現在隔離 under isolation at Bujubuli Health Center されている。患者は2月28日に多量の鼻出血、頭痛、全身衰弱のためクリニックを受診した後、3月7日に自ら the Bujubuli health facility を受診した。
同施設にはほかに2名の疑い例が隔離入院している。

the 10th epidemiological week of 2025 の1週間に、ナイジェリアで新たに23例のジフテリア new suspected cases of diphtheria が確認され、報告された週でもっとも患者が多かったのは Lagos State being the most affected state in the reporting week であった。
保健当局 the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) の最新報告によると、Lagos State accounted for 20 cases, followed by Katsina State with 3 cases とされている。Lagos' cases の増加は、学生14人が感染した大学でのアウトブレイク the recent outbreak at Kings College Lagos によるもので、1人の死亡が報告されている。

North Rhine-Westphalia 各地 many communities に、伝染病 A contagious disease の野兎病 the so-called "rabbit plague," also known as tularemia が拡がり、注意が呼びかけられている。
ウサギなど hares, rabbits, and rodents は死亡することが多いが、現在他の動物やヒトにとって深刻な脅威となっている。感染力の強い野兎病菌 _Francisella tularensis を原因とし、ウサギは特に感染しやすいが、げっ歯類も主な保有宿主である。Rabbit fever によりウサギは通常死亡する。ペットのイヌから感染が拡がることもある。感染に抵抗力を有しているが、ウサギの死体を舐めたり、嗅いだりすることで感染することがある。ヒトは感染の3-10日後に、頭痛、体性痛、発熱、下痢、悪寒などの症状を発症し、抗生物質により治療可能であるが、ただちに治療されなければ悪化し死亡することもある。
