コロンビア Colombia
2015年、ブラジルに次いで2番目にジカウイルスを報告した。当初は the Department of Bolivar からの報告であったが、次第に他の地域にも拡大し、epidemiological week (EW) 18 of 2016 の時点で 747 municipalities in the country が患者を報告している。Between EW 32 of 2015 and to EW 18 of 2016、2峰性の疫学カーブ a bimodal epidemic curve of Zika virus disease cases (suspected and confirmed) を示し、EW 5 of 2016 (6309 cases) と EW 13, 2016 (3609 cases) にピークが認められた。
妊娠女性のジカウイルス疾患
先天性症候群のリスクがあるため、妊娠女性のジカウイルス疾患が注目されている。21か国から妊娠女性の症例 confirmed and suspected cases of Zika virus disease が報告されているが、12日からデータは変化していない。

15歳以下の小児のAFP 報告が増加傾向にあり、これはコロンビア、エクアドル、グアテマラ、ベネズエラでも見られている ... ボリビアから、ギランバレー症候群の報告は増えていない点が注目される。

Between EW 52 of 2015 and EW 17 of 2016、妊婦8人の感染が確定診断されている。4人が the 2nd trimester of their pregnancy、2人が the 3rd trimester であった。先天性症候群は報告されていない。
パナマ Panama
EW 48 of 2015 の流行開始から EW 18 of 2016 に至るまでに、31人の感染が疑われる妊婦が確認され、16人が検査で確定診断されている。EW 18 of 2016 の時点で、3 cases of laboratory confirmed congenital syndrome associated with Zika virus infection （先天性症候群) が確認されている。3人の母親はいずれも無症候性感染であり、ほかに妊娠32週に死産した例があり、いずれも検体の検査でジカウイルスが陽性だった。
