1月から8月までの間に，the highland region において少なくとも 6例の日本脳炎患者 cases of Japanese encephalitis が記録されていると，保健当局 the Department of Health-Cordillera が明らかにした。Baguio City and Benguet provinceでそれぞれ 2例， Abra and in Mountain Province で各 1名が報告されている。Apayao, Ifugao and Kalinga からの報告はなかった。Mountain Province の 37歳教師が，日本脳炎による記憶障害 memory loss を訴えている。保健当局によれば，日本脳炎は，several areas, including the highland region に常在している。2015年，13 cases in the Cordillera Autonomous Region が報告された ... the 6 cases が報告されたこの地域以外 outside the Cordillera region でも 7 patients が日本脳炎に感染している。

未殺菌のミルクが関係するヒトのブルセラ症感染例 a case of unpasteurized milk-related human brucellosis の原因となったブルセラ菌は，ワクチン株 vaccine strain RB-51であったと報告されている。関係した動物は，考えられていたより高齢で，かつ移動していたため(？ cycling)，ワクチンがミルクに影響した。1ないし 2度目の発生となった。他の菌や感染動物は確認されていない。
