In a follow-up on the typhoid outbreak（腸チフス）in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) 続報として，from the beginning of 2021 through the end of September 2021 の間に 112万1104 total typhoid cases, including 19 734 confirmed cases が報告されている。死亡例数は 411例となった。
In 2020, a total of 715 920 suspected cases of typhoid fever were reported, including 178 deaths.
