食中毒で２人入院　激しい筋肉痛や発熱、魚の毒か　群馬・前橋市

群馬県前橋市は25日、同市の飲食店で、21日に食事した同市内の50代女性と埼玉県内の20代男性が全身の激しい筋肉痛や発熱を訴え、有毒魚に含まれる「パリトキシン様毒」が原因と推定されると発表した。市は同店が提供した食事が原因の食中毒と断定し、25日から3日間の営業停止処分とした。2人は現在も入院しているという。

市衛生検査課によると、2人は21日午後1時ごろにブダイなどを使った定食を食べ、同7時ごろに発症。パリトキシン様毒はブダイなどに含まれ、回復には数日～数週間かかるとされる。

Denmark reports _Mycoplasma_ pneumonia epidemic

デンマークの研究所 Denmark's Statens Serum Institute (SSI) が11月29日、マイコプラズマ肺炎 _Mycoplasma pneumoniae_ infections が流行レベル the epidemic level に入ったと述べた。夏期に増加しはじめていたが、過去5週間に急増したとされている。先週、オランダでも8月以降小児と若年者の肺炎が急増していると報告した。

中国でも小児病院に、_Mycoplasma pneumonia_, commonly known as "walking pneumonia." や呼吸器ウイルスなどの患者が押し寄せていると報告されている。

デンマークでは、_Mycoplasma pneumoniae_ activity is rising across the country, with 541 cases reported last week, triple that of the middle of October 2023. SSI によると、およそ4年ごとにアウトブレイクが発生し、秋から初冬にかけてもっとも患者が多くなると説明されている。

トーゴ Togo: As of 14 Nov 2023, the Ministry of Health of Togo reports 8 new cases of dengue and no identified deaths in the Maritime (5), Savanes (2), and Plateaux (1) regions. The last known dengue epidemic in Togo dates to 2017 with 12 confirmed cases in Lomé without any deaths.

　- SARS-CoV-2 PCR percent positivity, as detected in integrated sentinel surveillance as part of the Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System (GISRS) and reported to FluNet, has remained stable at 8.0% over the last 28-days, with a slight dip in early November [2023].

　- During the 28-day period from 16 Oct to 12 Nov 2023, 62 and 37 countries provided data on COVID-19 hospitalizations and admissions to an intensive care unit (ICU) at least once, respectively. From the available data, over 84 000 new hospitalizations and over 700 new ICU admissions were reported during the 28-day reporting period, a decrease of 18% and 57% respectively, compared to the previous 28-day period from 18 Sep to 15 Oct 2023.
