兵庫県姫路市のすし店が作った恵方巻きを食べた34人が下痢やおう吐などを訴えた食中毒で、市の保健所はその後も症状を訴える人が相次ぎ患者が合わせて150人にのぼると発表しました。保健所は今回の食中毒の原因は黄色ブドウ球菌と特定し、店に対し衛生管理を改善するよう指導しました。
今月 [2023年2月] 3日、姫路市魚町にある「雷寿司」が作った恵方巻きを食べた男女34人が下痢やおう吐などの症状を訴え、保健所は食中毒として店を営業禁止処分にした上で詳しい原因を調べていました。8日に行われた保健所の会見によりますと、その後も症状を訴える人は相次ぎ1歳から91歳まで男女合わせて150人にのぼったということです。重症の人はおらず、全員が快方に向かっているということです。
また恵方巻きを巻いた従業員2人のうち1人の手や指から黄色ブドウ球菌が検出され、店に残っていた恵方巻きからも検出されたということで、保健所は黄色ブドウ球菌が今回の食中毒の原因だと特定しました。
黄色ブドウ球菌による食中毒は手洗いの不足や食品の温度管理の不備で発生するということで、姫路市保健所は衛生管理を改善するよう指導したということです。

A toxin dose of less than 1.0 microgram が含まれただけで、食中毒 staphylococcal intoxication が発生する。この中毒量は、菌量が _S. aureus_ populations exceed 100 000 per gram を超えた時のトキシンの量である。下痢を伴っていることから、他の原因も混じっているのかもしれない。
