DSHS は（ワクチン接種が確認された感染例のうち）a Lubbock County resident である the third case は、MeVA testing により the vaccine strain が確認されたことから、麻疹感染ではなくワクチンの副反応 vaccine reaction rather than a measles infection と結論づけ、統計から除外した。

オンタリオ州 southwestern Ontario における、ワクチン未接種の小児の間で多数の感染が確認されている麻疹アウトブレイク A measles outbreak は、2024年の宗教行事 a Mennonite religious gathering in New Brunswick が発端となった。2025年3月7日に専門家が "an exposure at a large gathering with guests from Mennonite communities in New Brunswick last fall."と報告している。
2024年10月16日、フィリピンから空路で New Brunswick with stops in Vancouver and Toronto に帰国した感染例により、カナダに麻疹が持ち込まれたと説明されていた。しかし、このあとどのようにして southwestern Ontario に達したかは不明である。
2025年3月20日の最新報告 The latest report from Public Health Ontario によると、地域保健当局 Southwestern Public Health により223 confirmed measles cases since last October 2024, with another 111 cases in Grand Erie が確認されている。3/4が Ontario's confirmed cases の症例で、ほぼ全員がワクチン接種のない住民だった。

Epidemiological situation
For the week of March 3-9 [2025] の1週間に2888 cases が報告され、南部地域 The southern municipalities, particularly Le Tampon で最も多く感染が発生しているが、すべての地域 all cities に感染が及んでいる。医療機関が逼迫する状況ではないが、the emergency room を77人の患者が受診した。2024年9月以降、重症例の3例を含む24例の入院があった。

ヒトアデノウイルス Human adenovirus (HAdV) は、エンベロープを持たないウイルス a nonenveloped DNA mastadenovirus で、7 species (HAdV-A-G) with >100 identified genotypes に分類されている (HAdV Working Group)。 その多様性 HAdV diversity は変異と組替え mutations or recombinations of different viral strains に起因している。
HAdV species B genotype 55 (HAdV-B55) は a recombinant virus derived from HAdV-B11 and HAdV-B14 であり、急性呼吸器疾患の病原体として新興し感染循環 endemic circulation しており、中国と韓国から報告されている。
We report a case of pneumonia caused by HAdV-B55 in France.
2024年4月に51歳女性が、発熱、嘔気、咳嗽のため入院した。常用薬はなく、ときどき喫煙していた。入院時の体温は39℃で、嘔気が続いていた。5日前から症状に変化はなく、水や食事が摂れなかった。3日前に1度だけ下痢があった。最近の渡航歴はなく、旅行者が訪れる場所ではないパリ a nontouristic area of Paris で息子と暮らしていた。息子には1週間前にインフルエンザ様症状と発熱があった。
Biologic testing on D1 検査所見：
an inflammatory syndrome with elevated C-reactive protein at 135 mg/L (reference <5 mg/L) and hepatic cytolysis (aspartate aminotransferase 131 U/L [reference <32 U/L] and alanine aminotransferase 124 U/L [reference <33 U/L]).
血液培養、鼻咽頭のコロナ、インフルエンザ、RS ウイルス検査 nasopharyngeal PCR tests for SARS-CoV-2, influenza A and B, and respiratory syncytial virus、尿中レジオネラ、肺炎球菌検査はいずれも陰性。
右肺底部でクラックルが聴取され、CT検査 A thoraco-abdomino-pelvic computed tomography scan では右下葉の a right lower lobe consolidation を認めた。
3病日目に下痢があり、便検体の培養と PCR 検査でノロウイルスとロタウイルスは陰性だったが、便中 アデノウイルス HAdV PCR が陽性となった。
Within 3 days of admission, the patient was weaned off oxygen and experienced improvement in respiratory and digestive symptoms.
She was discharged after 4 days

Sheep, March 2025
飼育されていた1頭のヒツジ One domestic sheep (_Ovis aries_) tested positive for influenza of avian origin (H5N1) in March 2025.
The case was identified following routine surveillance of farmed livestock on a premises in Yorkshire where highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1) had been confirmed in other captive birds（鳥類の鳥インフルエンザ感染が確認されていた農場）
The single animal was a ewe with signs of mastitis but no other clinical signs（乳腺炎の症状のみ）。
ミルク The milk was positive by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the blood tested positive for H5 antibodies.

Korea reports 14th foot-and-mouth disease case
ウシ農場で新たな口蹄疫 an additional foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) case at a local cattle farm が確認され、2025年の発生件数が 14件になったと農業省 the agriculture ministry が3月24日明らかにした。
最新の感染例が確認されたのは、31頭のウシを飼育する the farm in the county of Yeongam, about 300 km [186 mi] south of Seoul であったと、the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs が説明した。
